Waffle is our adorable school dog. He is a gentle natured, very loving cockapoo and is always keen for children to chat to him and read to him. He also likes to be taken on walks around the field and enjoys rewarding positive behaviours and work!
I hope you are all happy and healthy! I have been missing you very much.
I am really enjoying my time at home as I have been keeping very busy going on lots of walks in the beautiful sunshine and enjoying all the fuss from Miss Graham and Miss Plank. Take a look at some of my adventures below!
After my adventures in the mud, I have a new suit to try and keep me clean and dry! I have tried it out in this week's rain. I also love that I can now hide in the grass without being spotted!
Learning in class
All good dogs need an education too, so Waffle also visits our classes all the way from FS1 up to year 6. Waffle's aim is to prompt positive mental health and wellbeing through creating a comforting atmosphere, lowering stress levels and promoting a positive learning environment.
Playtimes with Waffle
Waffle loves playing fetch in his pen, so each class is given the opportunity to earn reward time with Waffle each playtime during the week!
Don't forget to bring in your trainers or some wellies, as at the end of each lunch time, you can join Waffle on his mile a day walk around our school field.
